Xero have recently announced that the Xero Assistance Programme pilot (XAP) is now available for 12 months to all of the Xero starter, standard and premium subscribers, as well as all bookkeeping and accounting partners.

Following earlier success of the limited trial of the programme, Xero identified a crucial need in New Zealand for more easily accessible mental health support. Unlike some of the larger corporates with EAP programmes in place, often small businesses don’t have access to the funded support and counselling usually made available in bigger workplaces.

Xero has partnered with global provider Benestar to offer free, 100% confidential access to face-to-face, telephone, live chat or online counselling and support – whatever works best for you and what you’re comfortable with.
